Biological being Mold, mildew, and moss. Also Atmospheric being carbon-based from pollution. Both of these require a different type of process to clean. In addition, they also need different chemicals to treat the surface. Also important is the temperature of the water. One more item is the amount of agitation on the surface. Finally, the method of building power washing. For instance, we do not use acid based restoration cleaners on biological contaminants. Also, steam pressure washing and high alkaline soaps alone do not work on atmospheric pollution based stains.
